Prospector Buns

Prospector Buns are a light, buttery dinner roll of tastiness. Delicious on their own or lightly brush with butter and add a sprinkle of herbs and parmesan before baking for a flavour twist.

Ingredients Method Notes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Water, Luke warm
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg, Lightly Beaten
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp Breadmaker Yeast

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a Bread Machine in the order listed.
  2. Set on dough setting.
  3. Generously grease a sheet of wax paper. When Break Machine is finished, turn dough onto wax paper and form into a log.
  4. Cut into 12 equal pieces and put in greased muffin tin. Let rise 30 minutes.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes.

Notes

Optional flavour twist - lightly brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with parmesan and herbs.
