- Finely chopped vegetables
- Mix mayo, cream cheese and ranch dressing mix until a well combined smooth texture.
- Spread mixture evenly over each tortilla shell. Top with a variety of chopped vegetables. Tightly roll each shell and wrap individually with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.Â
- When ready to serve, unwrap shell and slice into 1 inch pieces
