So often you think you have the ingredients you need for your recipe only to find when you are missing one important component in order to make your dish successful OR you have sensitivities or allergies to certain food products and need to substitute in order to consume the final dish. The following substitutions are meant to give options in order to complete the dish successfully.
Sour Milk
In order to make sour milk, add 1 tbsp of vinegar or lemon juice to 1 cup of milk
Egg
Use 1/4 cup of applesauce to replace 1 egg.
Whisk together 1 tbsp of flaxseed and 3 tbsp water to replace 1 egg
