Prospector Buns are a light, buttery dinner roll of tastiness. Delicious on their own or lightly brush with butter and add a sprinkle of herbs and Parmesan before baking for a flavour twist.
Ingredients
The following ingredients are needed in order to make Prospector Buns:
- 1 cup Water, Luke warm
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 Egg, Lightly Beaten
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 3 cups Flour
- 2 1/2 tsp Bread Machine Yeast
This is a bread machine recipe, so you need to ensure you are using Bread Machine yeast and not dry active yeast.
How to make Prospector Buns
- Add all ingredients to a Bread Machine in the order listed.
- Set on dough setting.
- Generously grease a sheet of wax paper. When Break Machine is finished, turn dough onto wax paper and form into a log.
- Cut into 12 equal pieces and put in greased muffin tin. Let rise 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 12 – 15 minutes
